Interview with Braille Teacher

What is the main reason you decided to purchase use Taptilo?

I wanted to use Taptilo because I liked how it is a basic teaching tool that can help my student not only learn braille letters, words, and sentences but also gives her the experience of a refreshable braille display.

Could you give a detailed impression of when you first got Taptilo?

I was very excited during the unboxing to get started. I charged it then began to explore the settings and what it was all about. I liked that it had multiple types of settings and activities. I also liked that I could create own activities for my student. Activities can be customized to what we are working on currently.

Taptilo app (for free) offers functions to customize learning materials! Search app on your app store and create your word list! Click the button if you need detailed information about Taptilo app!

How does the student react when she started to learn braille with Taptilo?

My student is always excited to use Taptilo and loves to use it. I commonly use the function of setting up letters and words she is currently using. She also loves this function.

How do you use Taptilo in your class with original curriculums?

I add words and letters into Taptilo that my student needs to practice.

Could you give any advice or recommendations for teachers who didn't use Taptilo yet?

Taptilo is a very motivational tool to help your student practice braille independently. It was difficult to find fun ways to reinforce braille instruction before I met Taptilo. Taptilo has really given my student a fun way to practice braille!

👍Taptilo Testimonials👍

When I started learning braille, I was taught to just memorize. With Taptilo however, people who are low vision and blind can learn braille fun, just like playing with the blocks. (Blind and visually impaired customer)

I was very surprised the first time that I can learn music braille with Taptilo. I can see that OHFA Tech must have taken a great time to make music braille content. I indeed want to learn music braille, but I can't. Now I can finally achieve my dream with Taptilo, it was a great time for me. (Customer meeting at a conference at Welfare Center in Korea)
